Communion Pottery

The chalices and pitcher were handmade by Sarah Kearns. She makes wheel-thrown stoneware pieces with relaxed but structured forms using earthy pigmented glazes, including naturally occurring metallic and speckled finishes. Each piece was made to be similar in style, but purposefully varied in weight and dimension to give each user a unique and personal experience. 

Pulpit Tapestry

The pulpit tapestry is a made by Leslie Williams. The handmade intricate weaving creates a design or story using color combinations seen in nature. Leslie is also a professional photographer whose work can be found here.

Illustrations

Illustrations of Calvary Moravian’s building and other scenes in the life of Salem Presbyterian Church have been captured by Sean McNamara. Sean is currently working on an illustrated book of the life and scenes of Salem Pres that will be shared with the children of Salem Pres to explain the life and rhythms of God’s community.

Liturgy

The original arrangements and composition of the liturgy were done by Sarah Eckhart and Kim Watkins.
