:: Caroline Filston : director congregational life ::

Caroline is the Director of Congregational Life at Salem Pres. She grew up in Signal Mountain, TN and attended Furman University where she studied Psychology and French. She then moved to Winston-Salem to be a part of The WS Fellows Program – a 10-month leadership and discipleship program exploring God’s design for us as workers and contributors to human flourishing. She started at Salem as a Congregational Life Resident and then was able to stay! She is passionate about helping youth realize their potential as beloved children of God and learning beside them as they grow with the body of Christ. She’s an avid lover of coffee/tea, walks, and adventures with new and old friends! Please contact her to see how you can contribute to helping the students know their value in our church family.
